Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Oppn, published by Alexandre Ehrlich EI (99300094200017), at 3 Rue des Arquebusiers, 67000 Strasbourg, France. By using the site you accept them.

1. What the service is

Oppn lets you draw a “how to open the link” badge on a photo you upload, create a gateway link on https://oppn.net/l/{slug} that points to a destination URL you provide, and view click statistics for your links. The service is provided free of charge, as is, without any warranty of availability.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at mail@oppn.net if you think someone else used it.

3. Acceptable use

• You must own or have the right to share the photos and the destination pages you use.
• No illegal content, no phishing, no malware, no spam, no links whose destination is to deceive visitors.
• You are the controller of the content you publish; Oppn is only the tool that displays and redirects it.

4. Links and slugs

Slugs are generated automatically and are not owned: a link may be suspended or removed if it breaks these terms, if it is abused, or if we must stop an attack. Deleted links and their statistics are permanently removed.

5. Liability

Oppn is not responsible for the content, products or practices of the destination sites you link to, nor for a failure of Instagram or of your hosting provider. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the free service we provide.

6. Changes and termination

We may change these terms or stop a feature; material changes are announced on the site. You may delete your account at any time by writing to mail@oppn.net.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls before the competent courts of Strasbourg.
